SELECTION OF CANAPES:
OPTION 1- £5.50 per head (plus VAT) for 4 canapés pp and an additional £1.50 per canapé thereafter.
OPTION 2- £10.00 per head (plus VAT) for 4 canapés pp and a glass of champagne. Minimum order 20 people. Served on stainless steel platters.
- Dill potato cake with smoked salmon, lime crème fraiche and cracked pepper
- Cherry tomato, basil, feta cheese and black olive skewer
- Mini lamb, cumin and mint kofte
- Beef fillet skewer glazed with honey, soy sauce and sesame oil

HOT KNIFE & FORK BUFFET: £12.95 per head (Plus VAT)
- Beef, chestnut & rosemary casserole
Served with creamy mash and slowly braised red cabbage - Escalope of turkey filled with a sage & onion stuffing
Served with roasted root vegetables, potatoes and a cranberry & red wine jus - Slowly braised shank of lamb
Served with smoked pancetta & garlic mash, honey glazed carrots and a thyme jus - Salmon fillet wrapped in Parma ham
served with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, buttered new potatoes and a pesto dressing
