CHEF PARTNER- Marco Appel
Marco Appel joined the partnership in May 2008. Originally from Holland, he has built his reputation in a number of prestige Bath restaurants over the past 13 years, gaining Michelin recommendations in both of his most recent establishments. Marco has had an immediate impact on the range of menus and services available at Taste Buds. He is always happy to use his experience and passion for food to tailor-make menus for each occasion and budget.
OPERATIONS PARTNER- David French
David joined Taste Buds in 2004, coming from a selling and retail management background to develop our transport and operational side of the business. He also takes a personal interest in our customers, delivering many of the buffets to ensure our high standards of presentation & punctuality are kept.
MANAGING PARTNERS- Ian & Ann Parley
Former Marks and Spencer manager Ian Parley and his wife Ann, a trained chef, bought Taste Buds in 1993. With their commitment to home cooked produce, they built the company's reputation as a place you could trust for high quality food at reasonable prices. Ian now manages the administration of the business and uses his extensive experience to advise customers on the most suitable buffet for their event.
